THE HISTORY OF MEXICO

Mexico's long has greatly influenced its culture. Language is a great example. Most Mexicans speak Spanish because of the Spanish influence on Mexico. Religon is also a good example. 90% of people in Mexico are Roman Catholic. 

    Spain is not the only county with influences of Mexico. American Indian heritage also shows. Many people speak American Indian languages. In Mexico, your language is tied to your ethnic group.

    Holidays are also an good example of Mexico's influenced culture. Day of the Dead or Dia de los Muertos is a Mexican holiday that rememders and honors dead ancestors.
